The Instructional Program

The following represents what will be covered at this year’s baseball camps.

Raider Baseball Clinic
Summer 2008

June 23, 24, 26, 27, 2008

In place of the Skills Camp, Baseball Services will be conducting four clinics this summer, two focusing on hitting and two focusing on throwing, catching and fielding.

The program will be held at Park Middle School as per the following schedule.

Monday, June 23: Hitting clinic

Focus will be on bat selection, stance, and basic swing mechanics.

Tuesday, June 24: Fielding clinic

Emphasis on throwing, catching, and catching a fly ball/pop-up

Thursday, June 26: Hitting Clinic

The stride will be taught as players learn to hit to various fields.

Friday, June 27: Fielding Clinic

Throwing and catching will be reinforced and proper ground ball mechanics will be taught.

Time: All sessions will begin at 9am and end at 11am

Place: Park Middle School

Cost:
1 session – $30.00
2 sessions – $55.00
3 sessions – $75.00
4 sessions - $90.00

Ages: 7-12

Clinic size: Only eight students may enroll per session.
You may elect to sign up for any number of sessions that you want.
