Session 1 - Pitcher/Catcher Camp

Pitchers:	Proper throwing mechanics Control Pitching Various Pitches Windup & Stretch Position Mechanics Pick-Off Moves Pitching Strategy
Catchers:	Stances Receiving the Ball Swaying & Framing Blocking the Balls in the Dirt Throwing to all bases fould Flies Catching Pitches Strategy

Campers will receive a skills checklist and written evaluation att he conclusion of the camp.
