Raider Baseball Camp Philosophy

The philosophy of Baseball Services and the Raider Baseball Camp is to offer quality instruction of baseball fundamentals and to help players have fun while they learn the proper mechanics and begin to make those mechanics a habit. Fostering an appreciation for the game of baseball, keeping the excitement that the game has to offer alive, and providing fun drills and training games that assist a player to learn both effectively and quickly is at the forefront of all our programs. We strive to maximize a player’s talents and to teach them the skills of the game in such a way so as to avoid short and longterm injury. We strive to help each player get ready for his next level of play. Realizing that baseball is a game that goes beyond just physical ability, we also highlight the social, emotional, mental and spiritual components of the game.
